We enjoyed a lovely time exploring the surrounding nature trails. The spacious family room was perfect for our teenagers, and it was nice to have a cozy place to come back to after long walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom cleanliness could improve. Having more towels for families would make a big difference too.

I loved the spacious double room with a lovely view and the very helpful staff made my stay more enjoyable. I was just a short walk away from the fun at Puzzlewood and the beautiful Cannop Ponds, making it easy for me to soak up some fresh air and scenery during my weekend getaway.

my stay at bells was quite nice! the staff were fabulous, from the friendly reception to the super polite housekeeping. the executive room was spacious with a lovely view. breakfast was delicious, with both hot and cold options, and the pub dinner had something for everyone.

The room temperature was easily adjustable, allowing for a pleasant environment during the stay. The bed offered exceptional comfort, enhanced by high-quality, clean linens.
There wasn't much in terms of amenities to enhance the experience.

Had an amazing time with friends! Explored stunning Clearwell Caves and enjoyed spectacular golf at Forest Hills. Plenty of activities for thrill seekers. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! Perfect base to enjoy the beautiful views and make lasting memories.
One downside was the lack of WiFi in our first room, which was a bit frustrating. the bed could have been more comfortable.

We had a great trip with friends! Enjoyed activities like walking through trees by the river and exploring Clearwell Caves. If you're into adrenaline, don’t miss the nearby golf clubs and cycling routes. Everything was fun and the service was top-notch. Perfect for groups!
The only downside was the chilly walk to the restaurant in another building during bad weather.
